    rare
    and colorful vintage golf sign measures approximately 25 1/2" x 20 (measured at its widest points), and features
    die-cut cardboard
    with an easel-back on the reverse which was never used! Two outstanding images of
    Sam Snead
    (aka "Slammin' Sammy"), wearing his iconic straw fedora! This point-of-sale counter display at a golf shop or similar retail sporting goods store advertises the
    Wilson Sporting Goods
    "Wilson K-28"
    golf ball with the accompanying slogan
    "The Top Choice with the Stars"
    . The other slogan present on the sign reads:
    "It's Wilson Today in Sports Equipment"
