Vintage "MILT SCHMIDT" AUTOGRAPHED ALL LEATHER HOCKEY GLOVES, c. 1940-50s

Description

This is a rare vintage pair of all leather hockey gloves made by Professional Model. They are the "Milt Schmidt" Boston Bruins personal autograph model, circa 1940 to 1950s, or so. Schmidt was an all star center for the Boston Bruins and is in the NHL Hall of Fame. His career in the NHL began in 1937 and ended during the 1954-55 season, with time out in the early to mid-1940s for WWII.  These gloves are 14" long, and they are in excellent original condition with only the leather thong missing on one glove. The leather is still supple and usable, but they could probably use a little leather care, if desired. There is no damage and no repair. These were just found in New England.
