Vintage US Navy AN/USM-3 test tool set TUBE TESTER TV-4AU signal tracer

Description

This is a vintage  US navy  test tool set  that includes  signal tracer ts-673/u    Weston tube tester TV-4a/u    phone earpiece w/2 wires some kind of probesg-23/u I am sure this kit is not complete it should have  pliers and other hand tools in the lid . This is being sold as is untested I did plug in the signal tracer and the light came on  . I dont know how to run this so i dont want to fool with it to much .it is very clean for somthing probably  40s/50s/60s. please check the photos  I loaded as many as I could  THis also has the technician handbook . I will probably  require sgnature  for delivery on this .
