Vintage Shenango China Gravy Boat With Green Striping + Tulips New Castle PA.  Around the rim is green and what  appears to be tulips around around bottom ring (this can best be seen in the second photo).  It is in excellent condition.  On the bottom it has DL-39 which I assume is the model
