Three ring spreading Forceps marker Tiemann Co. Not only this is rare and only one for sell at this time. Tiemann Co made Germany this maker is one most desired medical company. Tiemann Co been a big part American history in medical  Instrument in the civil war and WW1 (field gear). Forceps was used remove Bullet inserted in the wound pull out without ripping more coming out. It might be for arrow heads too not sure on that. This item is large and long for surgical big as a measuring ruler 11inches. Gruesome and rare find this kind of one. I never seen a three ring Forceps. How knows how many bullet this item help pulling out.
The bullet extractor shows it been used and has wear chrome has pulled up a little. Make it that more terrifying looking. It does open and close tight.
***Up in air it might be urethra extractor bladder stones*** I feel its for bullet there not a lot information I could find for either myself. Both sound amazing gruesome piece*** it does pulled out thing out of body Haha!!!
