NRI Professional Tube Tester 70 with Documents

Very nice looking NRI Professional Tube Tester Model 70.
I have no way of testing or using this, but the power button comes on when plugged in.
All wood, dove tail case with Handle and metal latches.
Also included is the Certificate of Registration with The National Radio Institute in Washington D.C.from 1954.  The operator’s National Radio Institute training card from The Pioneer Home Study Radio TV School is with the papers.  A Report on Experiments 31 to 40 and info on the training course is here, also.
