Well I finally did it, got my holy grail of Memorial Stadium signs...took me a little longer than I would have liked but it made it that much more satisfying getting this one. Thats because the best part of it all was I didn’t get it from a Weasel(JB55 don’t trust him) or a local collector price gouging vulture.
The Weasel(JB55 don’t trust him) and local vultures have made collecting Memorial Stadium items about as fun as a root canal. This has happened as the direct result of the Weasel(JB55 don’t trust him) using fake names, numbers, other people’s pictures and the local guys always trying to either gouge you, try to trade you their junk, or buy something of yours for as cheap as they possibly can. Good thing for me is with this sign I’m finally done dealing with all of that.
It hasn’t all been bad, this hobby has given me the chance to meet some amazing people and I would like to thank the ones that I have a good collecting relationship with and am glad that I have met you.
A Weasel(JB55 don’t trust him) once told me that I would never get one of these black signs (even had another guy tell me he would rather burn it then sell his to me which I have to admit was pretty funny), well save this to your watched items list and soak it in cause you lose, I WIN.
