Used Mac Flight Systems Industrial Products Model 269 Electronic Tester
Includes original leads and jumper cables
It was working and I used it right up until I retired 5 years ago.  View the pictures to see that green battery light and white continuity lights both light up.  It also makes the high pitched squeal for the leakage test indicating it is working.
This was always carefully used, there are no cracks or chips in the housing.
Also included is the original carrying case, in good condition and the manual
