Antique Vintage Post Electric Co Cautery Surgical Instrument in Case Andover NJ

I don't know what may be missing from this set. More tips perhaps.  I have shown what is included.
The instructions say National Electric Instrument Co. so maybe from a different set.
The case is 9.5 inches by 4 inches by 3 inches. It snaps shut nicely but it is showing it's age
Stained, and weakening.
