Wonderful amputation saw, blade, scalpel and rare alligator case surgery. Case is in good condition just has scratches from used might have blood stain beware. Not sure if the inside piece case be should be moving.  Case lock dont line up hard to close all pices there and move. No Maker name on the case most of tools Adams Germany. Tourniquet looks like it Navy has a anchor on it. Two tweeters one has Tiemann on it the other no name. Amputation blade marked Betz on it. Take a looked lot of little extra with kit. Dried Catguts stitching needles one of extras to make a more complete set. Scalpel set: Adams Germany, Lyons and bone cutter Truax&co. Scissor has Adams and they come a part not supposed to.
Does show wear from used stains don't know of what. Alligator case has wear from used. Instrument might have little rust or oxidation best to looked over pictures for condition.
