Rare small treat. This Surgical saw I haven't seen one before. Small and compact in purple velvet case. Two blades and a handle. Easy for traveling doctor how small it is. Case open and close shows wear and dust. Wear is on outside on bottom. Purple velvet might be faded Saw and handle look be in good shape. Makes nice display it being complete set. It neat the blade is at  angle in handle.
Great addition to any Collection of Oddities, Display, Art, Photography and for Movie making.
