Offered is A antique old medical phonendoscope stethoscope by BAZZI & BIANoCHI BOWLES PATENTED in 1894 for G.P. PILLING and SON PHILADELPHIA. Wonderful nickel silver finished brass stethoscope complete with the second diaphram made of vulcanite with intercoastal attachement, rubber tubing, vulcanite ear pieces and chest piece in original nickel silver brass case. The attachement was designed to be placed in the intercoastal space so as to facilitate transmission of breath and heart sounds.
