Nice case with lot of extras. Large syringe with german needles. A medicine container Parke, Davison brand used in the wars. This might be a war kit just can't tell, they usually come in a metal case just no marking to tell. I feel the glass dropped tube for IV. Its rare haven't seen any like this.
Sold as found. Take your time looking over photos.
Dirty from time, clean very lightly to not devalue it. There I'm not a professional cleaner of antiques. Some like age looked. Rust is in some spots looked over pictures before purchase. Case lock doesn't lock but maybe could be fix. Parke, vail has a cork that pop off see in picture. In vail there is still remainder of the medicine still in the vial. It Black dark hardened.
